The City’s Holiday Festival is coming back to Pico Rivera City Hall on Saturday, December 4 from 4:00 to 9:00 p.m.! There will be plenty to do during this annual festival including free snow play area, food, and LIVE Entertainment by Past Action Heroes, AND La Sonora Dinamita featuring Vilma Diaz!!!
