The Rivera Library, 7827 Serapis Avenue, and the Pico Rivera Library, 9001 Mines Avenue, are now open for select in-person services. At both Libraries, patrons will be able to browse the collection and check out items, use the public computer (up to 1 hour per customer), print, pickup holds, use free Wi-Fi, and have staff assist with finding materials and information.
The Pico Rivera Library is open on M/W/Th/F from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Tu from 12:00 to 8:00 p.m. The Rivera Library is open on Tu from 12:00 to 8:00 p.m. and on W/Th/F/Sa from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
All current County Health guidelines and social distancing protocols will be followed.
LA County Library Goes Fine-Free!!
Beginning in August of this year, LA County Library has eliminated fines for overdue books and materials. All past, present, and future overdue fines for materials will no longer be charged. The Library is working with its County partners to remove fines from accounts as quickly as possible. In the meantime, please contact your local library if you need assistance with an account-related question.
