In 2019, the City of Pico Rivera hired the services of a professional consulting firm to study the City’s residential parking conditions and review the standards that are currently in use to regulate off-street parking for commercial and industrial developments.
The goal was to analyze specific areas and provide recommendations to City staff as to how and where improvements can be made to mitigate parking conditions. A draft Parking Study has been completed and the City’s consultant will give a presentation during a regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting to be held VIRTUALLY on Monday, September 20 at 6:00 p.m.

A separate meeting will be held with the City Council at a later date.
