The Pico Rivera Chamber of Commerce has weathered the COVID-19 storm and as businesses begin to open up to full capacity, the Chamber would like to take this opportunity to express their most sincere gratitude to Chamber President Marco Zapien from Zapien’s Salsa Grill, who served as the President of the Chamber this past fiscal year.
Marco, in the opinion of many, was the right person for the job during this pandemic. His eagerness and enthusiasm to continue his support during these unprecedented times were exactly what the Chamber needed, and the results were short of incredible. The Pico Rivera Chamber of Commerce congratulates Marco for an incredible year, and his dedication and efforts are truly appreciated.
As the Chamber moves into the new fiscal year, they are proud to introduce Joel Lara from AltaMed, who will be serving as President for the 2021-2022 year.
Joel brings continued enthusiasm that will resonate, and his expertise in the fundraising arena will surely help the Chamber as it begins to return to the traditional efforts to support the local business community. The Chamber once again thanks Marco for a phenomenal year, and wishes Joel the best as he leads the Chamber in the coming year.
